Facilitating Student Understanding through Incorporating Digital Images and 3D-Printed Models in a Human Anatomy Course

Combining classical educational methods with interactive three-dimensional (3D) visualization technology has great power to support and provide students a unique opportunity use them in the study process, training, and/or simulation of different medical procedures terms Human Anatomy course. In 2016, R?ga Stradi?š University (RSU) offered 3D Virtual Dissection Table “Anatomage” possibilities virtual dissection digital images at Department Morphology. The first models were printed 2018 new printing course was integrated into curriculum. This focused on interaction images, models, their combinations. incorporation technologies tools for creativity, increased level knowledge skills, gave possibility human body structures develop relationships between basic clinical studies.
